Welcome to Nexa Interior & Decor. By engaging our services, purchasing our products, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services & Scope of Work
Nexa Interior & Decor provides interior design, decoration, furniture, fixtures, supply, installation and related services as agreed with the Client. The scope of work shall be based on the approved quotation, BOQ, drawings, specifications and agreed requirements.
Quotation & Price Validity
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 60 days from the date of submission. Prices are based on the scope and specifications stated in the quotation and may be revised after the validity period.
VAT & AIT
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, all quoted prices are exclusive of applicable VAT, AIT, taxes, duties and government charges.
Design & Client Approval
Works shall be executed according to the approved designs, drawings, specifications, samples and material selections. Any change requested by the Client after approval may result in additional costs and/or an extension of the project completion period.
Variation & Additional Work
Actual quantities and site requirements may vary from the initial BOQ due to site conditions, measurements, design changes or other project requirements. Any additional, reduced or modified work shall be discussed and approved by the Client before execution wherever reasonably practicable.
Materials & Market Price
Material prices and availability, particularly for imported or specialized products, may be affected by market conditions, exchange rates, supplier prices, transportation costs, import duties and availability. Where such changes materially affect the project cost, the revised cost shall be communicated to the Client for approval.
Payment
The Client shall make payments according to the agreed payment schedule or progress billing. Timely payment is essential for uninterrupted procurement, manpower deployment and project execution.
Project Timeline
The estimated project completion period depends on timely payments, approvals, site access, material availability and coordination with other parties. Delays caused by payment delays, changes requested by the Client, restricted site access, material shortages, third-party contractors or circumstances beyond Nexa's reasonable control may result in an extension of the project timeline.
Site Conditions & Client Responsibilities
The Client shall provide reasonable access to the project site and timely decisions, approvals and information required for execution. Additional work or costs resulting from concealed conditions, structural limitations or circumstances not reasonably identifiable during the initial assessment may be charged separately.
Warranty & Service
Warranty coverage shall be provided according to the terms stated in the applicable quotation or agreement. Unless otherwise specified, eligible projects may include hardware replacement and service warranty as stated in the quotation. Warranty does not normally cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, accidents, normal wear and tear, water or electrical problems, or third-party intervention.
Cancellation or Suspension
If a project is cancelled or suspended after commencement, the Client shall settle all payments due for completed work, delivered materials, materials already procured or ordered, approved additional work and reasonable costs or commitments incurred by Nexa Interior & Decor.
Force Majeure
Nexa Interior & Decor shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic/pandemic, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruption, major supply-chain problems or other unforeseen events.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute or disagreement shall initially be addressed through mutual discussion and good-faith negotiation between Nexa Interior & Decor and the Client, with the aim of reaching an amicable resolution.
Amendments
Nexa Interior & Decor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The applicable terms shall be those in effect at the time of the relevant service, quotation or agreement.
Acceptance
By approving a quotation, BOQ, work order, purchase order, design or project proposal, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted the applicable Terms & Conditions of Nexa Interior & Decor.
